SO MANY TIMES WE TRY TO SKIP MEALS TO CUT CALORIES TO LOSE WEIGHT, BUT IN THE LONG RUN YOU ARE TRAINING YOUR BODY TO STORE FOOD RATHER THAT BURN IT UP!

NUTRITIONAL SUGGESTIONS:
MAKE SURE YOU ARE GETTING ENOUGH CALORIES A DAY BASED ON YOUR SIZE, AND IF YOU DROP YOUR CALORIES TOO LOW < 1000 CAL/DAY, THAT WILL STARVE YOUR SYSTEM AND TRAIN IT TO STORE FOOD, NOT BURN IT UP. 
Remember, there are more choices of proteins, carbs and fats, these are just a few good suggestions. Also don't forget, your body needs good fats in your diet to make it complete,(omega 3 omega 6)
